embodied play
AN EXPLORATIVE MOVEMENT WORKSHOP
A workshop designed for everyone, to refine, diversify and expand your sense of play, embodiment and communication.
—
The purpose of this workshop is to explore how we can better communicate and engage in a variety of practices that imitate the outside world. How do we react, create, improvise and connect to the world around us?
—
We will explore a range of movement scenarios, both individual, partner and group, that draw from various modalities. Crossing the barriers and interweaving different disciplines to uncover new patterns and pathways of practice. You will come away from this experience, with a new found sense of what movement means to you, and how to cultivate a practice mindset. Everything will be explored - from yoga, crawling, floorwork, games, co regulation exercises and more. Come with an open mind, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
