YOGA CLASSES

These yoga practices include fluid, strong flows that are woven with breath to form liquid like movements that engage you into full body presence and awareness. These dynamic practices are balanced with soft Yin and Slow Flow offerings to restore the system.

BREATH + MEDITATION SEQUENCES

The practice of pranayama brings us into direct experience of the subtle body, enabling us to enter deep states of relaxation and meditation, and to consciously influence the immune system and nervous system. These breath and meditation sequences are therefore intended to offer you a gateway to your subtle self through harnessing the power of prana.

PILATES + MOBILITY CLASSES

These are my signature classes the fuse together Pilates techniques with mobility and joint mobilisation drills. These classes are intended and focused on addressing fundamental movement patterns and building the mobility and strength required to stabilise often neglected intricate muscles that determine the safety, effectiveness and longevity of your movement practice.

TUTORIALS

The beauty of learning from home, is that you can press pause as many times as you need to learn and re-learn over and over the technique and form required to perform a movement correctly and safely. These tutorials are designed to give you workshop style explanations of postures and movement patterns so that you can develop a truly deep experience of your practice and of each movement within your body.
