The health and wellness of a human being goes beyond just diet and exercise solely, it spreads across all of these intimately interrelated aspects of the self - physically, spiritually, emotionally, intellectually. 

I believe that adopting a curiosity of the self is key to transforming it, I aim to inspire that curiosity and assist you in taking back your power.

In our one-on-one sessions we work together to support you in developing a balanced mind-body state. Addressing health related concerns and lifestyle factors, we introduce methods and practices that guide your personal journey in finding true health.
